GrandStay Hotel and Suite Waseca

I was there alone with my severe special needs adult child who walks some but also has a wheelchair. The staff were all AMAZINGLY helpful and understanding about that. I really really appreciated that personal touch of compassion. Plus the room was an awesome! It was big suite with the jacuzzi tub so I could give nice long baths to my daughter who loves that. I recommend this place, that suite and the location is great too. I really can't thank the staff enough for their compassion and help when I asked for things above and beyond as I was not able to leave my daughter alone. OH we didn'd get a chance to try it out but they also have an indoor heated pool and hot tub.

The staff was polite they smiled!! The place was very clean, the breakfast was very good, the pool was very nice and the place was quite, water pressure good/nice hot water for a shower and it is in great location!!

GREAT SERVICE even when we came in after the wedding dance to check in. the staff was very kind and friendly. When we got an urgent call and had to check out in a hurry. The staff was very attentive to our needs asking if there was anything they could do to help.

Handy location for our family reunion. Options for breakfast including fresh fruit.
